Through workshops, activities, and music be U aims to provide opportunities and resources for you to be sociable, healthy, vocal, active, pampered, mindful and creative.

Set in the peaceful surroundings of Shrewsbury, relax and lean into the vibe of the day and just be yourself.

Please note be U is a 18+ only women's event.
