Cake International and Bake International

The world’s premier cake decorating and baking show, Cake International, is back for 2025 and it’s bringing even more flavour with it. Co-located with the ever-popular Bake International, this year’s show promises to be the most spectacular yet, with new features, industry-leading exhibitors, hands-on workshops, and a landmark celebration to launch the Cake & Bake International Awards.

Taking place from 31st October- 2nd November 2025 at the NEC Birmingham, the event will once again unite the global baking and cake artistry communities under one roof. Whether you're a professional cake designer, home baker, this is the ultimate destination for inspiration, innovation, and indulgence.

The show will debut the Cake & Bake International Awards on Saturday 1st November at The Hilton Hotel NEC, a prestigious new initiative recognising excellence across categories such as Cake Artist of the Year, Best Retailer of the Year, Lifetime Achievement and industry icons. The awards aim to spotlight both emerging talent and established legends who continue to push boundaries in the art of cake and baking.

Alongside Cake International, the NEC, Birmingham, will also be hosting Bake International. Taking place at the same time, visitors can explore a baking paradise, from breads to sweet treat pastries.
